Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with general litigation.
- Knowledge of consumer financial services litigation and government enforcement matters strongly preferred.
- Active bar admission in Virginia.
- Active bar admission of the District of Columbia or willing to pursue admission.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
- Excellent Communication & Writing Skills.
- High Attention to Detail.
- Strong Organizational Skills.
