Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant with excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude to join their team in Deerfield Beach, FL. Current daily tasks involve assisting operations department with heavy data entry, scanning, filing, and generating reports to help streamline operations. Other departments may require a variety of administrative support.
To be successful as an administrative assistant, candidates must be comfortable and highly proficient with computers especially Excel and Word. Most importantly, administrative assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others and willingness to continue to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
· Handling office tasks, such as scanning, filing, generating reports
· Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
· Greet and assist visitors.
· Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Requirements:
· Bachelors Degree preferred.
· Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
· Attention to detail.
· Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
