The Opportunity: As VP of Finance, you’ll be an integral part of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping the company’s financial strategy and supporting its growth initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the CFO and ownership, managing a finance & accounting department while spearheading M&A and major ERP upgrades.
- Salary Range: $225,000 to 300,000 annually DOE
- Bonus: 10% Discretionary / Performance-based
- Location: Hybrid in Pasadena, CA

Desired Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification and MBA preferred
- Experience: 7+ years in progressive accounting/finance roles, with 3+ years managing staff and advising privately held ownership
- Skills: Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, accounting software, and ERP systems; strong analytical and leadership abilities
- Industry Experience: Preferred experience in wholesale distribution, global supply chain, or manufacturing
