This role is facilitated by InterEx Group on behalf of our client, a regional bank.
The Senior Salesforce Architect will analyze company processes, developing Salesforce workflows and custom solutions for specific business needs while applying the enterprise architecture mission, vision and principles on projects aligned to the strategy.
Works on more complex issues where analysis of solutions requires an in-depth evaluation of technical and services architecture domain factors.
Supports the Chief Enterprise Architect and Project Managers with a focus on sustaining the architecture framework, mitigating risk, promoting technical standards, and asset re-use on projects.
This role is a Hybrid Role, with 3 days on location in Philadelphia, PA

Responsibilities:
- Executes solution architecture activities on the more complex projects to evaluate, assess, and recommend solutions that mitigate risk, conform to technical standards, and leverage asset re-use
- Works closely with business and technology partners in identifying architecture designs from business and technical requirements promoting technology standards
- Provides impact analysis, develops reference architecture, and patterns in collaboration with stakeholders to support informed decision making on projects
- Designing the solution architecture for Salesforce implementation projects
- Translating business requirements into technology designs and Salesforce solutions
- Ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce systems and applications
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Computer Science, Engineering, ore related disciplines.
Required Experience
8+ years Solutions, Technical or Enterprise Architect experience
5+ years Salesforce Platform experience as an Architect or other related Salesforce Technical role.
Pay Transparency:
$140,000 - $180,000
Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials.
