Position Overview: Seeking a dynamic Program Manager for an automotive supplier to oversee product and process launches from initial quoting to post-launch support. This role involves managing new initiatives and implementing improvements throughout the product lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch of new products and processes, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare quotes for new and existing business.
- Develop and monitor project budgets.
- Track and fulfill required deliverables.
- Coordinate communication among various teams and external partners.
- Design processes to optimize efficiency and quality.

Position Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Familiarity with OEM systems is a plus.
- Ability to quote products and understand project requirements.
