Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
Work Location: Onsite at one of the following: Bellevue, Lincoln, Elmhurst, Jacobi, or Metropolitan Hospitals
Job Description: The Call Center Representative will handle various customer service tasks related to scheduling clinic appointments for patients. Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and rescheduling clinic appointments.
- Making reminder calls to patients.
- Answering customer inquiries related to clinic appointments.
- Managing phone calls, using in-house paging systems, and making overhead announcements.
- Performing other related tasks as needed.
Skills Required:
- 1 year of call center experience.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages.
- Proficient in answering phones and scheduling appointments.
- Strong customer service skills, especially in responding to inquiries.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in payroll and timekeeping.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
