Commercial Project Manager
Experienced in large landscape/irrigation installation projects

This role primarily involves fieldwork, with minimal daily in-office presence required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Manage multiple projects at one time
- Manage labor, materials, and paperwork for each project
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Irrigation License or Irrigation Technician License preferred
- A Back-flow Certification would be a plus
- Plant/landscaping knowledge is paramount
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills
Salary is based on your experience. This positions typical range of pay is $55,000-$65,000 in base salary to start.
A per job bonus is paid based on superior achievement of materials and labor goals being met for a job under your management.
Annual bonuses are paid on market office profitability.
Medical insurance is offered with percentage of premium covered by the company.

The office is located near the W. Tidwell Rd. exit off Interstate 45. You report to this location every morning, so take this into consideration. However, we cover the entire Houston metro area so your project(s) could be anywhere throughout the day.
