The location of this role will be in the San Francisco area of California.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and drive the delivery of wealth planning services (investment, tax, estate planning, etc.) to benefit clients.
- Identify and prioritize key planning needs and objectives through a thorough discovery process, determining short and long-term deliverables.
- Prepare tailored financial planning analysis and create presentation materials to communicate recommendations effectively.
- Lead and conduct client meetings in alignment with the firm’s client service model.
- Manage the client experience by coordinating with investment, tax colleagues, and service teams.
- Drive new business through existing client referrals.
- Oversee the building and ongoing management of client portfolios.
- Assist with the transition and acquisition of client portfolios from tenured advisors.
- Participate in company training and implement best practices.
- Continuously reinforce the firm’s value proposition to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the Financial Services field.
- Minimum 7+ years professional wealth management experience.
- CFP designation is required.
- Proven track record in cultivating and sustaining high-net-worth client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and willingness to lead.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to foster internal and external collaboration across various functions.
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
