We are looking for an HVAC Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC projects. This role involves coordinating with team members, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Assist the Project Manager in the planning and execution of HVAC projects.
- Help develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance in the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address design and technical challenges.
Documentation Management:
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and meeting notes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and presentations.
Quality Assurance:
- Assist in conducting quality control inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Budget Monitoring:
- Track project costs and assist in budget forecasting and management.
- Help identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC project management or engineering.
- Familiarity with HVAC design and installation practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools e.g. Procore.
- Candidates MUST have relevant experience to be considered for the position.
