Job Description:
The Special Assistant to the CEO will support the CEO by managing day-to-day operations, providing administrative support, and overseeing strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to work with government and military officials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, including international and domestic travel arrangements.
- Draft emails, proposals, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
- Coordinate meetings and provide relevant updates on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist with special projects, conducting research and supporting planning efforts.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience as an assistant or scheduler, preferably with Capitol Hill or government/military experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in foreign relations, international development, or related field preferred.
- Highly organized, mission-driven, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
