Personal Injury Case Manager Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial interviews with clients to gather essential information.
• Organize and manage case files, keeping all documents current.
• Communicate with insurance companies to report claims and negotiate settlements.
• Address property damage (PD) and loss of use claims.
• Provide outstanding client support and maintain regular communication.
• Handle phone inquiries, respond to questions, and update clients on their case status.
• Perform administrative duties such as document scanning, data entry, and filing.
• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to support case strategies.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
• Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities; keen attention to detail; proficiency in legal and case management software, databases, and other relevant technologies.
• Prior experience in personal injury or legal case management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
