Role: Engineering Director
Location: Phoenix, AZ, USA (On-site)
Salary: $170,000-255,000 (depending on experience) + benefits package
We are looking for an Engineering Director to lead our Web Financial Technology team in shaping the technology roadmap and overseeing development initiatives that enhance customer journeys and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and build strong engineering teams, fostering collaboration and a positive culture.
- Drive technology and product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business and technical teams.
- Hire, mentor, and retain engineers, promoting best practices and continuous feedback.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead large-scale web application development and ensure scalability using DevOps practices.
- Foster innovation and drive change within the organization.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in web application development.
- Expertise in React.js, Node.js, Angular, AWS, Google Cloud, REST APIs, GraphQL.
- Experience with MongoDB, Couchbase, Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics.
- Proven leadership in deploying large-scale web products in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
