Adecco is searching an entry level HR Coordinator to provide HR support and ensure the execution of day-to-day HR operations and office management at the distribution center. This is an excellent foot in the door with a large corporation and the start of your HR career!
- Schedule is Sun, Monday, Thursday, Friday 10am-8:30pm -- 100% on-site
- Pay is $22/hr
- Start ASAP; could be a temp to perm role for the right fit
- Must be commutable to Lake Zurich, IL
You will …
● Provide generalist support to the facility in all areas of Human Resources
● Assist HR leadership in administering procedures and policies through the Distribution Center
● Provide training support to all levels of associates
● Ensure Open Door, diversity and other values related issues are resolved effectively
● Conduct new hire orientations
● Participate and execute on special projects as assigned

At a minimum, you have…
● Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Human Resources, preferably within food manufacturing/production, e-Commerce or start-up environment
● Solid verbal and nonverbal communications skills, good interpersonal skills, coaching and
counseling skills
● Bilingual English/Spanish is a MUST
