Position Description:
The Oklahoma City Store Lead is responsible for driving and upholding overall customer experience and Red Coyote culture across all stores through leadership and sales training. They will work alongside team members ensuring that the customer experience and store procedures are achieved to company standards. The Assistant Floor Manager effectively communicates initiatives between management and the team.
Reporting:
a. Reports to Store Managers and Assistant Managers
b. Daily direct reports are Fit Coaches
Expectations:
a. Motivate and inspire team members to always create the Red Coyote experience
b. Ensure the team is equipped, educated and empowered to carry out the Red Coyote experience
c. Establish and maintain operational standards
d. Develop and mentor Red Coyote team members
Responsibilities:
a. Assist the Store Managers in overseeing all store operations, including opening and closing procedures
b. Ensure the store is clean, organized and well-stocked at all times
c. Convey and relate store policies and procedures to Fit Coaches to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
d. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting the needs of customers
e. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
f. Foster a welcoming and supportive store environment for all customers
g. Stay informed about the latest footwear, apparel and accessory products
h. Troubleshoot typical injuries and medical problems
i. Has the ability to operate the POS system:
a. Process exchanges and returns
d. Open and close registers
j. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining product displays to enhance the customer experience
l. Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals
m. Provide guidance and motivation to team members, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment
n. Participate in and support store events, clinics, and running groups
o. Assist in scheduling team member shifts and managing payroll
p. Lead or delegate Daily Huddle with team regarding daily sales goals and projects
q. Initiate daily checklist priorities and needs
r. Attend all leadership meetings and all team meetings
