The Richmond Group USA (TRG) is seeking a Client Associate to join a close-knit team, where you'll take charge of office administration and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Learn from top advisors and start spotting financial planning needs and solutions.
- Prep for client meetings and get everything ready.
- Be in the room for client meetings, taking notes and keeping track of next steps.
- Follow up with clients to keep things moving smoothly.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred, but not required.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a professional financial office setting.
- A proven track record of exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks. Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
