Product Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid - Boston office required 3 days/ week
About the role:
As the Product Marketing Manager you will own product messaging, positioning, sales enablement, case study development and competitive intelligence for your line of products. You will also serve as the glue between the product teams, sales/account management and the customer.
What you'll do:
- Partner with product managers on the road map, personas and customer research.
- Drive a messaging strategy and communication plan for our suite of products and services that differentiates Profitero from competitors.
- Develop and execute the launch strategies, including collateral, go-to-market comms, internal training and communications within Profitero and, when appropriate Publicis. Responsible for post launch optimizations and case studies.Strategize and create company assets to tell your product story, such as videos, web content, etc.
- Work with global account managers on kick off experience and training to drive strong adoption and retention.
- Manage and maintain the project plans and asset organization, ensuring plans are communicated clearly across the organization.
- Proactively collaborate across the global marketing team on your product line including content, events, demand gen, design and insights to inspire excitement and product understanding.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends and competitor activity. Collaborate across the organization on competitive intelligence, assets and training (to be updated based on roles decisions).
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in product marketing or experience on product side
- A background in B2B marketing and data or technology
- Highly preferred experience with media or CPG
- Seasoned writer with visual communication experience and experience with video-based story telling and script writing
- Experience with presentation design
- Experience with customer success platforms, email service providers and website CMS
