This role is paying between 30-38/hour
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Work off an internal phone application dispatch. Truck based, no true office work outside training • Preventative Maintenance, Planned Service, and Emergency Service response • Can assist with quoting and upsell to get additional comp/rewards • Customer facing, taking them through customer experience is very important • Volume of projects can range: 3-4 calls or could be a substantial call for 2-3 days. • Gas card expensed for driving • Training in office for approximately a month before hitting road
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 3 years of HVAC controls and PLC experience • Commercial environment preferred, not looking at residential • MVR, Background & Drug Test Metasys software tech
