Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (Part-Time)
Location: Onsite in Portland, OR
Job Type: Part-Time, 16-20 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible, choose your own schedule within Monday through Friday business hours
Duration: 2-3 month contract
Compensation: $24-$26 per hour
Job Description: LHH Recruitment is partnering with a local Non-Profit organization dedicated to making a positive impact around the globe. They are currently undertaking a data cleanup project and are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join their team.
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting with their data cleanup project. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering and updating data into our database
- Verifying and correcting data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Organizing and maintaining data files
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative or a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and the ability to learn a new system
- Ability to work independently
