Office Manager

About the Role:
Our growing renewable energy client is seeking a dynamic Office Manager. This role offers a unique blend of human resources, accounting, and administrative responsibilities, providing crucial support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support
- Manage new hire onboarding paperwork, including background checks, I-9 compliance, and screening coordination.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts: post jobs, source candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct phone screenings.
- Support the annual performance review process and manage benefit changes, ensuring HRIS system accuracy.
Office and Administrative Support
- Process accounts payable invoices, reconcile bank statements, and prepare monthly benchmarking reports.
- Oversee office operations, coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and manage travel arrangements.
- Prepare and route mail and correspondence, oversee reception, and greet visitors.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with budgeting.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide payroll and accounts payable support as a backup to other locations.
- Undertake other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in of office administration / human resources experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, general office equipment, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attributes: Professional, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with ADP is preferred.
