We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Director of Product Management search in the Cleveland, OH area. This is a hybrid eligible opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Will develop and execute product segment strategies to drive sales and improve margin.
- Will create a 5-year new product development roadmap by identifying new product opportunities, evaluating sales potential and development resources required.
- Will analyze market trends, technologies, competitors, customer base, channel distribution, market size and industry information.
- Will lead voice of customer research to identify product improvement opportunities .
Requirements:
- Experience as a Product Manager or similar out of an engineered product or system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar out of an accredited university.
- Proven track record of successful leadership
