What You'll Do
- Spearhead our expansion into the Southern Florida market
- Leverage our established brand to cultivate a strong presence in South Florida by developing and implementing strategies that position us as a leader in the local real estate market
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of agents
- Ensure compliance with all Florida real estate laws and regulations
- Collaborate with our North American Operations and Technology department to harness our proven success strategies for continued growth and expansion
- Conduct business development and create corporate strategic opportunities for the organization
- Build an inviting and warm culture
What We're Looking For
- Florida Real Estate Broker's license (required) with 5+ years of experience
- Proven track record of success in real estate (trading, team/office leadership, management, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Southern Florida real estate market
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Comfortable with being in the spotlight and representing a high-profile brand
- Collaborative and open (reporting directly to ownership group)
