Our client, an Investment Management firm, is seeking an experienced, professional and intelligent Executive Assistant to support a Senior Managing Partner. This is an incredibly dynamic opportunity to join an established firm and serve as a true gatekeeper!
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience out of professional services required.
Must have experience with complex travel arrangements across multiple international time zones.
5 days onsite with flexibility to WFH when Executive is traveling
Midtown
Hours: 8:30a – 5:30p, after hours work required
Compensation: $130 -155k base + OT + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits
Duties Include:
- Coordinating intricate scheduling across multiple time zones, with hybrid meetings (virtual for some and in-person for others); must be tech-savvy to include specific links for certain participants.
- Managing dynamic, high-volume calendars with frequent changes.
- Handling phone and email communications.
- Arranging complex international and domestic travel, with frequent trips to London.
- Managing expenses and related financial tasks.
- Preparing materials and logistics for meetings.
- Assisting with ad-hoc personal tasks during business hours, such as scheduling appointments, making dinner reservations, and possibly helping with relocation adjustments to NYC.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience out of Financial Services
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knows how to execute, pivot and multi-task quickly
- Flexible attitude and can get along well with different personalities
