Job Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts payable, invoicing, collections, and cash application functions at the corporate level
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information
- Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents
- Reconcile and work received not invoice report for timely matching of AP invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements monthly and resolve outstanding discrepancies quickly and effectively
- Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and internal/external customers with a high level of customer service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High-volume data entry with exceptional speed and accuracy
- Accuracy, detail-oriented, proactive with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work a full-time 40-hr minimum work week, on-site, Monday-Friday, and overtime as necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Long hours sitting, standing, and utilizing office equipment/computers
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to Lift 30 pounds
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $26.44 - $28.84 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
