Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at Mimi Garden in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen's daily operations, and ensuring the quality of food served.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working as a Chef in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong culinary skills and creativity in menu planning and food preparation
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage kitchen staff
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Relevant culinary certification or degree is a plus
