Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and a strong background in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, leveraging advanced analytics and AI tools to drive process improvements and enhance decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and challenges, focusing on pharmaceutical and healthcare operations.
Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Create detailed documentation to guide system development and implementation.
GenAI Implementation: Design and implement GenAI solutions to enhance data processing, patient care, and operational efficiency. Work with data scientists and engineers to develop AI-driven insights.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization using technology, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in the healthcare sector.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors, facilitating effective communication and understanding of project goals.
Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate system enhancements and ensure alignment with business requirements. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new technologies.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in GenAI applications within healthcare, to recommend innovative solutions that enhance business performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and healthcare domains.
GenAI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Generative AI technologies and their application in business settings.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of data analysis techniques.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA guidelines) and their impact on business processes.
