About the Job:
- Manage all calendar management, scheduling confirmations, changes and details, and communication with many moving parts.
- Schedule complex travel for domestic and international needs, including ground transportation, hotel accommodations and detailed itineraries. Maintain a high-level of attention to scheduling across time zones.
- Assist with creating and editing documents and expense reporting as needed.
- Document financial data and follow the submission process for invoices with great detail.
- Provide back-up assistance to extended administrative support team when needed.

- C-suite experience. You are degreed and have previous experience supporting a C-level Executive, preferably a CEO, and understand accessibility is a must and are able to flex your schedule.

- Tech-independent and resourceful. You are skilled across Microsoft Office and describe yourself as an individual who can troubleshoot independently as well as for others on a team.
