We are looking for ambitious Assistant Construction Managers to join a high-growth, expanding Residential Restoration & Remodeling client of ours in Raleigh, NC (North Carolina).
Great opportunity for the aspiring Construction/Project Manager within the Residential Homebuilding or General Commercial Construction field to grow their career alongside the organization.
1-3 years of Interiors Construction Experience desired.
Experience in field operations, being a team player, and customer/client interfacing a plus. Transferrable/related experience outside of residential will be considered.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities (not all encompassing)
- Manage new construction, restoration, and remodeling of homes.
- Input and produce necessary reports utilizing the respective software package.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Check/count material to verify quantities against purchase orders.
- Complete municipality and internal inspections.
- Complete necessary or requested site inspection forms.
- Ensure trade partners and vendors work and service is consistent with scope of work and complete as per schedule. Identify and hold trades and vendors accountable for delinquencies and negotiate completion.
- Work to find a win-win scenario when an issue occurs. Identify need for new trade partners and vendors when necessary.
- Ensure homes meet quality and construction standards and printed specifications.
- Manage cost to meet budgets.
- Review and enforce workplace safety requirements.
Education
High School. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is helpful.
