Summary:
Our client is in search of an F&B Director to oversee and manage all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, including a sports bar, café, upscale restaurant, and bar. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction, driving revenue, and ensuring efficient operations, while upholding the brand’s quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Hands-on leadership to the food and beverage team
Manage budgets
Optimize profitability
Ensure seamless service delivery
Recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing team
Overseeing daily operations
Collaborating on menu development and promotions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred)
5-7 years in a senior food and beverage role, ideally in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
Strong financial acumen, exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Current F&B trends and luxury service
