Role :: ATE /Electrical/Lab Technician

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Full-time role

Must Have ::

ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) setup and Testing using the tester or Having Electrical and Lab Environment Experience
Experience with Smartest 8 preferred
Operating Thermostream for characterization.
Advantest 93k or V93000 Advantest or Verigy 93K 93000

Other Skills:

• Execution and data collections for SOCs of packages

• Supports engineering activities such as testing, program and hardware checkout utilizing ATE and SLT systems

• Minor tweak of load board setup to make it functional for testing

• Calibration & maintenance of test equipment

• Characterization debug using CRO and multimeter.

• Maintenance – Logistics, Storage, Tracking and maintenance of load boards, Test samples and various socket boards
