Job Description: Our client located in Nashville, TN is looking to expand their Lab Informatics team and bring on a skilled HL7 resource to support their team with integration work. Their team will be leveraged for several EHR Implementations this next year and needs someone who can help lead their team through the project and to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough testing of HL7 interfaces to verify data is transmitted correctly. This includes unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
- Identifying and resolving issues related to data integration
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation of interface specifications
- Providing training to end users
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years experience in HL7 Interfacing
- Prior experience in Lab Order Interfaces or Lab Results Interface
- Prior experience handling HL7 interfacing through a full EMR Implementation
- Healthcare experience
- Live in Tennessee
