Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and callers as well as internal customers.
- Provide parking validation to visitors and/or employees.
- Receive Hot Shot deliveries and pick up.
- Maintain important department transfer lists and admin lists.
- Troubleshoot and solving problems.
- Provide support for the Facilities Department.
- Submit Facilities work tickets to building property and internal facilities employees.
- Provide tracking reports
- Manage the Mother’s Room check out process.
- Manage office inventory such as stationery and equipment.
- Assist with onboarding and termination processes and procedures
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Minimum three (3) years experience as Corporate Receptionist.
Must have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant business knowledge and experience supporting high demand departments using Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and interact confidently with individuals at all levels; dedicated to a high degree of customer service with the ability to work well with others without close supervision.
Ability to work well in a challenging environment and perform under moderate time constraints and demands.
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with supervisors, co-workers, vendors, executive management, etc.
