MediaTek SOC Design Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee large SOC design projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals among different functions, including design, supply chain and manufacturing management for optimal project delivery. The talent will be one of the pioneers to build the program management structure team for MediaTek SOC Design team and transform SOC team to next level.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate large scale projects across design, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure successful project execution. Data center or HPC-scale program management experience is a plus.
- Work closely with various function teams, including design and manufacturing teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality.
- Monitor and report on project progress, supply chain performance, and manufacturing metrics to senior management.
- Implement project management best practices, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to meet project requirements and resolve any supply chain or manufacturing issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of program management experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Expertise in SOC design or supply chain and manufacturing processes.

Salary range: $180,000 - $250,000
Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
