The Senior Financial Analyst is critical in ensuring we meet that goal.This person will work to deliver consistent and accurate financial reporting, analysis, plans and projections.You will help continue driving positive change and streamlining processes. The Sr. Financial Analyst reports directly to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

Some of the functions the Sr. Financial Analyst will perform:
- Assists in reviewing, analyzing, and preparing financial close reports, accruals, statement preparations, and projections for subsets of the business.
- Supports the annual financial and strategic plan process
- Develops, reviews and provides ad hoc analyses to support cross-functional teams
- Provides daily and weekly reporting on KPI’s to understand current business trends
- Meets deadlines and handles multiple objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Utilizes large-scale accounting, financial, and reporting systems
The ideal candidate will have among other skills and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 3+ years of Finance Experience

- Strong PC skill proficiency including, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across all levels
- Proactive, independent thinker with the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

- Retail industry experience a plus
