Akkodis is seeking a Salesforce Architect for a Contract-to-hire position with a client located in Wilmington, DE (Hybrid).
Pay Range: $80-$90/hr, The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

1: Salesforce FSC

Design and Development skills....will be the Architect, but they only have one Dev...must be capable and WILLING to roll up sleeves.
Design and develop the Salesforce/nCino configuration based on the business requirements.
- Prior knowledge and experience with nCino
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning is required.
- Must be familiar with designing and developing automation with Salesforce automation tools like using flows, process builders, workflows, approval processes, etc.
- Must be familiar with creating Architectural Diagrams, strategies, user stories, requirement specifications, defects, training documentation, user manuals, commits, etc.
- Must be familiar with the Agile/SCRUM framework
- Familiarity with the DevOps process is preferred.
- Design and help Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): assignment rules, approval processes, fields, profiles and permissions, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, custom metadata types, dashboards, and reports, etc
- Prior banking or financial services industry experience is highly preferred.
