Actively seeking a Law Firm Recognitions Specialist for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Law Firm. The right candidate will have 4+ years of writing/editing experience and have 3+ years of Chamber and Legal 500 Submissions experience.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | Manhattan, NY (Midtown)
PAY: $88 - $110K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
- 4+ Years of Writing/Editing Experience
- 3+ Years of Submission Experience to Chambers and Legal 500
- Strong MS Office Suite Experience
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Elevate the firm’s recognitions content strategy and implementation
- Help cultivate a culture of information sharing working in close collaboration with colleagues across Business Development
- Form relationships with submissions editors and researchers
- Track and benchmark the firm’s recognitions activities against strategic competitors
