Title: Lead UIUX Developer/Designer

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team for a top 500 renewable energy company. As a Lead UI/UX Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing user interfaces for our web applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and conduct user research and usability testing.
Responsibilities:
- Design and developer user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work across various devices and screen sizes.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience as a UI/UX Designer and some web development experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on a W-2 without sponsorship now or in the future; cannot work 1099 or C2C
