Senior System Engineer (MSP) - PARTIAL Remote

We are looking for an team player to join our team as a Senior System Engineer. As a Senior System Engineer you will provide support for networking infrastructure, servers, firewalls, backup systems, Azure / Intune, etc. This role can expect to oversee and own many service team escalations. Additionally, the Senior System Engineer will assist with project work and consult clients on the best technology for their infrastructure.
Senior System Engineer (MSP) - PARTIAL Remote Requirements:
- Advanced in Microsoft Azure / Intune configuration and administration
- Expert in Microsoft 365 and Exchange
- Expert in Microsoft Windows (server and desktop)
- Expert in Networking connectivity & related equipment including routers, managed switches, VLANs, WLANs, NAT, etc.
- Expert in SonicWALL firewalls
- Expert in Virtualization (Citrix/Microsoft/VMWare) configuration and administration
- Advanced in Veeam Backup and Replication
- 2+ years experience working for a Managed Service Provider
- ConnectWise RMM/Ticketing experience highly desired
- Intermediate experience with Cloud Service Providers AWS or Azure
