Our client, a leading beauty brand is looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager to join their team!
You will be responsible for owning the Amazon channel end-to-end with the key objective of maximizing revenue and revenue growth. Must thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced environment, have an analytical mind, and drive growth with innovative strategies.
Requirements:
• Day to day management of marketplaces, including but not limited to sales analysis and reporting, pricing, and inventory management
• Lead weekly and monthly reporting, insights, and analysis on business performance, opportunities, and risks
• Develop and complete promotional strategy during key consumer selling periods
• Partner with Planning to optimize inventory levels within FBA to boost sales while minimizing holding expenses
• Partner cross functionally to activate GTM strategy to improve consumer connection, elevate the brand experience, and drive growth in the channel
• Proactively seek growth opportunities to accelerate revenue, grow market share, improve search rank, drive organic traffic, and increase conversion
Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years of Amazon and other e-commerce marketplace management experience (Amazon Seller Central platform understanding preferred)
• Preferred buying, merchandising, and/or planning experience
• Deep understanding of requirements, restrictions, and standard processes for successfully selling on marketplaces
• Experience in leading direct reports, vendor relationships, and cross-functional projects
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate a successful track record in Amazon management and/or Amazon sales growth
