We are in search of an Executive Chef with a STRONG background in FINE DINING Greek and/or Mediterranean cuisine. You will run an efficient kitchen by consistently looking to improve the menu, producing quality food, while leading and mentoring your team to develop their skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage finances for kitchen operations
- Produce quality food
- Oversee menu creation
- Train junior personnel
Qualifications
- Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs
- Experience working within budget constraints
- Knowledge of P&L; FC and LC
- MUST HAVE IN DEPTH EXPERIENCE IN COOKING GREEK OR MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE AT A HIGH LEVEL
