Title: Product Operations Manager

Project Overview
- As a Product Operations Project Manager, you will work on projects that will help drive growth, engagement, and quality of products. We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in program/ project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders. Your role involves aiding in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, possibly developing plans, tracking progress, and updating stakeholders. Ideal candidate will promote cross-functional engagement and communicate program progress to key stakeholders.
- Additionally, we seek someone who has a passion for diving deep to understand where and how these are manifesting on our platforms. This individual has a demonstrated ability to leverage large data sets and advanced tooling. They also will have strong analytical & investigative skills and should be comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Support project scope, develop and execute project plans for supported programs
- Drive effective, concise and persuasive program communications/collaboration, including root cause analysis, internal/external escalations coordination and communications to leadership, and business recommendations for broader stakeholder groups
- Identify gaps in strategy, systems, and processes to support growth at scale
- General program management to define project scope, develop and execute plans, drive risk and compliance activities
Minimum Qualifications / Mandatory Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in operations for a tech company, consulting, operations or similar roles
- Strategic thinking with a proven track record of enhancing customer experience through innovation and continuous improvement
- 7+ years project or program management experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across functional boundaries and globally
- Ability to make judgments under tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Proficiency/ Basic knowledge in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for driving analytics, reporting and operational decision-making
Compensation:
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $80.00/Hr - USD $90.00/Hr and is a Non-Exempt role.
