As a Compliance and Security Specialist, your essential job functions will include the following:
- Compile Disaster Recovery Plans. which includes, but is not limited to AMI key business information, infrastructure, and each programs' key contacts, emergency processes and backups, an overview of the functional organizational structure, and request that all hardware and software is accounted for
- Provide AMI Program Directors with a summary of the Disaster Recovery Testing process and necessary documentation to meet the approval of their Program OEMs.
- Monitor security reviews are being done in accordance with set standards and documentation records align with designated cadence.
- Obtain, evaluate, and log system security reporting with the purpose of expediting the awareness of access concerns and breaches to necessary personnel.
- Capture system backup reporting
- Maintain proper channels of communication regarding all access support requests, including obtaining and documenting the required approvals.
- As requested, support employees being informed of relevant procedures and policies.
- Onboarding and offboarding implementation and tracking
- Provide backup of office management requests for system operations.
- Track and monitor incidents, as well as give regular updates on incidents
- Work with information security analyst to comply with security requirements

Position Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor degree required, equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (including Excel for analysis purposes).
- Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently as well as a member of cross-functional high-performance teams in a project driven environment.
Physical Job Requirements
- Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen.
- Sitting for long periods of time.
- Travel as necessary.

Base Pay Range:
$22-$25/hr
