High growth, private equity backed manufacturing company is seeking a strong Senior Financial Analyst to grow their corporate FP&A department. This role will have responsibilities in both corporate and operational financial planning and analysis, and work closely with both finance and operational leaders across the organization.
Responsibilities to include:
- Consolidated management reporting and analysis
- Creation of annual budgets
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and reporting
- Preparation of Excel models for acquisition targets and corporate-wide initiatives
- Cash flow analysis
- Assist with 3 and 5 year operating plans
- Work closely with operational leaders on decision support and process efficiencies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience in a manufacturing environment
- Corporate and business unit FP&A background
- Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau skills
- Bachelors in Finance or Economics, MBA preferred
- Serve as SME for reporting software and Microsoft Excel
