Business Analyst Opportunity with a Fortune 250 Financial Services Company
Contract: 6 months - likely extensions, possible conversion
Location: North Austin - onsite 5x a week, could become hybrid
$40 - $48/hr w2 - no c2c
Responsiblities
• Manage large projects, enhancements, and updates in current applications along with cross functional teams.
• Create application strategies to improve production operations, orders, direct user questions, and provide overall support.
• Gather business requirements and create programming logic for development on an array of products in the various applications. Oversee the creation, implementation, and updates of multiple suites.
• Review and track inventory levels and develop protocols for loss mitigation utilizing the company inventory system

• Perform extensive data analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboard in the various application to provide reporting and metrics to leadership, stakeholders, risk, and legal.
• Prepare and present on products, services, industry trends, improvements to processes, and pipeline.
• Use data driven presentation skills to ensure key leadership and stakeholders are aligned on priorities, opportunities, and progress on programs and initiatives.
• Provide production cost and historical benchmarks to stakeholders and business partners.
• Maintain master database of all projects, costs, and transactions.
• Use our sourcing and procurement systems and platforms to track project status, manage reporting, and analyze data.
Skills:
• 3-6 years Business Analyst experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A wide variety of analytical skills is expected.
• Ability to influence stakeholders on enhancements needs.
• Ability to provide directives to 3rd party vendors on enhancements and updates of platforms, systems, and templated content to achieve optimal results.
• Ability to work closely with internal partners in various departments and ability to devise strategies that will propel the work forward.
• Ability to update templated content to ensure that it is current and functional.
• Expertise in writing Business Rules, Logic, and Print Specifications that translate file information into production instructions.
• Understanding of purchasing specifics, unit costs, and calculating change requests.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement software or platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective project management skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Use our project management system to manage projects and collaborate with in house and outside agency partners in tracking and reviewing all programs.
• Manage vendors to create or enhance template designs for variable content tools and coordinate approvals with various stakeholders.
• Work with outside vendors to develop specific design programming to generate personalized content on demand.
• Identify specific platform or system opportunities for new work.
• Coordinate with cross functional groups to produce better business outcomes.
• Test business process and enhancements and recommend improvements.
