Are you an IT Support Engineer with experience within the legal sector?
We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to resolve all software and hardware issues within a lean legal environment. Alongside technical support, this role offers the opportunity to be involved in regular project work.
Experienced required:
- Technical support experience in a law firm strongly preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365
- iManage experienced preferred but not essential
- Thorough understanding of PCs and mobile device operating systems
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Strong technical understanding of hardware and software issues
Responsibilities:
- Provide deskside, telephone and remote support for end users.
- Coordinate with technology vendors for second- and third-level issue resolution.
- Coordinate with technology vendors for vulnerability scan remediation.
- Follow up with technology vendors concerning all open issues.
- Proactively maintain hardware to ensure high availability and performance.
- Test new hardware and software technologies for potential firm deployment.
- Assist IT Manager with e-discovery data management.
- Implement and manage special policies as directed.
