We are seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Assistant to support an ultra-high net worth individual and their household staff in Northern Malibu, CA. This position reports directly to the long-standing property manager and will also work closely with the Principal’s wife’s assistant. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to navigate a dynamic work environment while providing top-notch support.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the Principal’s calendar, ensuring appointments, meetings, and events are well-coordinated.
- Handle daily errands, including picking up and dropping off items, grabbing lunches, and collecting packages.
- Manage gate access, greet visitors, and ensure the security of the property.
- Act as a liaison between the property manager, Principal’s wife’s assistant, and other household staff, ensuring seamless communication and task execution.
- Gently remind the Principal of appointments and tasks, maintaining a balance between assertiveness and politeness, with guidance from the property manager.
Qualifications:
- Entry-level position: previous experience in a personal assistant or administrative role is a plus but not required.
- Must present a polished and put together appearance.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly demeanor.
- Flexible outside of business hours as needed.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with staff, valuing their expertise and guidance.
Location: fully onsite Northern Malibu, CA. Hours are 9am-5pm (flexibility required for occasional texts/calls outside of office hours).
Compensation and benefits: $80,000-$100,000 DOE. Medical and dental benefits.
