We are seeking an IT Technician to join our New York City team. In this role, you'll give the Internal IT support team the boost required to scale its support operations with the growth of the company.

What you'll do
- Provide excellent IT-support experience to our global Client working from anywhere
- Be our representative in our IT Bars and other support channels
- Run incoming requests and give personal and remote support on hardware and software problems to fellow Client employees
- Maintain printers, meeting room technology, and other IT related equipment in Client offices
- Assist infrastructure teams (Network Ops, A/V) with diagnosis and issue resolution
- Administration and support of Google Workspace, JAMF, and centralized user management (LDAP)
- Collaborate closely with other teams to make sure alignment remains on a global scale within the IT Support area
- Continuously work with updating support documentation
- Participate in the onboarding (e.g. Hello Client Day) for new employees
Who you are
- At least 2 years of work experience in a helpdesk environment
- Experience supporting macOS and Windows based systems
- A passion for giving personalized customer-focused support to help Client solve technical problems
- Familiarity with client and software deployment solutions
- Experience using Terminal; experience with basic network and audio visual equipment diagnosis and solving
- Motivated self-starter with a hands-on and curious attitude
- Ability to work independently across tasks and levels
- Thrives working in a fast-paced industry and environment without sacrificing attention to detail
- Collaborative individual who enjoys partnering closely across teams and departments to find solutions to problems
