Our client is looking for a Full-Time / Permanent Executive Assistant to work as a Floater in their NYC Headquarters. This is a great opportunity and role to learn about different areas of the company and meet various executives. Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of applicable executive administrative experience, working for a corporate environment, ideally in real estate or finance.
They are also seeking a Full Time / Permanent Executive Assistant to support the Finance Team. This is a great opportunity to support a new, growing, dynamic team of 10 executives. Candidates must have experience supporting a team of 5+ executives in a corporate environment. They also should have at least 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive administrative support to 5-10 executives
- Schedule and organize extensive internal and external meetings, conference/video calls, and appointments;
- Manage and maintain busy and ever-changing calendars.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries, including flights, hotel accommodations, car services/ground transportation, etc.
- Process, and submit expense reports.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-10+ years of administrative experience, ideally working in real estate or finance
- Experience supporting a team of executives is required
- Bachelor’s degree required.
