General Surgery Locums Job in Colorado December-March and Ongoing Schedule Needed for Assignment : December 20 (6am) - 23 (6am) January 10 (6am) - 13 (6am) February 7 (6am) - 10 (6am) March 14 (6am) - 17 (6am) March 21 (6am) - 24 (6am) Ongoing TBD All General Surgery coverage needs are 24-hour call only (6am-6am) no clinic will cover any inpatients that have not been discharged One weekend (3 days) or every 5 weeks (depends on the schedule) Average Callback Hours: 7 Hours Job Requirements: Board Certified General Surgery - required Active Colorado license - required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission) Residency Requirements/Fellowship in General Surgery - required Active ATLS, BLS - required Active DEA - required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
