Summary
The Sr. Associate, Strategy & Finance will play a key role in providing critical financial insights and data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making. This position will focus on conducting thorough financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and presenting findings to senior management. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create clear and compelling executive presentations.

M&A Analysis and Support:
- Support the due diligence process by assessing financial aspects of deals.
- Assist in preparing investment memoranda and presentations for senior leadership and board review.
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Perform variance analysis to understand key drivers of financial performance.
- Prepare detailed financial models to evaluate potential scenarios and support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze historical and current data to identify opportunities for cost reductions and revenue enhancement.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Executive Presentations:
- Translate complex financial data into clear, concise presentations for senior leadership.
- Create visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate financial results.
- Partner with the executive team to present financial insights and recommendations during strategic planning meetings.
- Support investor relations and stakeholder presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity of financial information.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with accounting, operations, and sales teams to gather and validate financial data.
- Provide financial expertise and advice on company projects and initiatives.
- Assist with financial audits and compliance with corporate policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
- Strong experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make strategic recommendations based on findings.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Physical Requirements
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. - This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
