LHH Recruitment Solutions (“LHH”), a division of The Adecco Group is growing and seeking a Legal Executive Recruiter for our remote Chicago, IL based team. LHH brings the resources of a global organization, backed by local market intel, to offer workforce solutions to law firms and corporate legal departments. A typical week includes meeting candidates and clients, preparing candidates for interviews, and negotiating offers on behalf of candidates. You will also meet with your team daily and work together to recruit and find legal talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, and interview candidates for various legal support roles, including paralegals, legal project managers, conflicts attorneys, contract managers, and so on.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, on behalf of your candidates and clients.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and attract candidates.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal Certificate or JD or 2+ years of paralegal experience within a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Proven experience in legal recruitment, preferably within a law firm or legal staffing agency, is a plus.
- Prior sales experience (retail, client services, business development, real estate agent), is a plus.
- The ability to sit in Chicago, IL to facilitate candidate and client meetings is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal support roles and the skills required for success in these positions.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

The anticipated salary for this position is $50,000 unless outlined below. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission.
Anticipated Salary:
California – $66,560
Colorado – $55,000
New York City; Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester Counties - $62,400
New York- All Other Locations, in NY - $58,458.40
Washington - $67,724.80
